Today's blessing

I emailed a wonderful friend about having some sadness and crying at church today. This is what she wrote back. She's one of the tools God is using to get me through this, and I am so blessed to have her. She wrote:

"Praise God with tears, that He allowed you to HAVE a love like you had with your husband. You had a gift. And guess what ? He knows everything now, and knows a joy so great that he knows if he could tell you, it probably couldn't be comprehended. One day, he will come and take your hand, and you will spend eternity with him. Praise God !!!

What a gift to cry because you miss someone who was your other half for so long, and you got to love each other! How much better than the woman who was crying today because she has never known a love. Let it out, friend. It is OK...and sweet."
