Found a place...

Tonight while the girls were at Awana, Jill and I went to a little wine shop/restaurant for a bite to eat. It was close by and cute, and they will serve sampler tastes of the wines if you want to try them. But the best thing was the food...appetizers and desserts only, and very gourmet! Oh, so good!

I had something called Italian bread soup. It was delish, kind of an herbed broth with croutons and parmasean. She had the Tuscan sampler...whatever it was had fennel and onion and was carmelized. Really special treats, in just the right appetizer portions so we didn't have to leave half of it, take doggie bags, or feel miserable-stuffed the rest of the night.
