I can read your minds

I know you are dyin' to know how it's going with the attic. Well, I've got a lot out of there. Put it into bags and dropped it over the railing to downstairs.

There is quite a bit of stuff that has to be decided upon..."Does it stay or does it go." The reason I'm in this mess is because there were two of us who got emotional over THINGS! "Awwww, but I remember when we bought this! It was on our 5th anniversary!" Or, "But Chrissy wore this when she was seven." Never mind that she hated it... Warren's baseball cap collection. He never wore them, just collected them.

Then there is the stuff that is left. Books, awards, papers, cancelled checks from the '80's. At least I made an aisle in there (for escaping renegade spiders).

Boxes of Grandma's knick knacks, grandkids' baby clothes, baby toys, old computer hardware, Christmas decorations, and medical equipment, and hundreds of VHS tapes. Wow! A whole lifetime in one attic. And I'm sure I may need all of it one of these days! Does anybody want a Big, Red Clifford?
