Yahoo article

I just read an article on Yahoo that said some guy won a $6M lottery and offered his church a tithe of $600,000. They turned him down. Please vote in my opinion poll, cause this one is confusing me and I'm curious as to what my friends think.

I did that once many years ago...won $1,000 and tried to give a tithing check to our then-pastor. He chewed me out, but you should have seen how fast he snatched the check out of my hand. We left that church shortly after that, for other related reasons.
