Whew! It's HOT!

Now, THIS is summer! Hot, Hot, HOT! Had a nice day, though. Am so glad I have my little window air conditioner. Of course, I haven't received my electric bill, but...

I had the afternoon off and just relaxed and did a little house stuff, then went to dinner at a relative's house. Was a very nice, easy evening. It was hot, but we got to look at their vacation photos from Alaska. Amazing how that helped cool us down a bit! haha!

Alaska is stunningly beautiful, rugged, wild and huge. We thoroughly enjoyed the "freebie vacation"! The photographers are some of our family artists and every shot was just like a professional poster or something. Loved it! Thanks, guys!

They also introduced us to Ice Wine. Very nice dessert wine and quite interesting.
