Good intentions

I really meant to not purchase anything at the Silpada party...really I did. But the stuff is so gorgeous and of such good quality, I couldn't help myself. I kept thinking of reasons I needed this piece or that piece. It was really a good time and was nice to get out among friends. Liz and I then went to a nursery on the way home and saw some really nice plants. She wanted to go home and work in her yard, but alas, it started to rain.

So after she dropped me off, I went over and hung out with Mom and Dad for awhile, looking at their new computer and trying to reload some of the games they like. I gave them a new one that I discovered.

Actually, Miranda loaded it onto my computer. Yes, by herself. I checked it to see if it was okay. I couldn't figure out how to play it, but she took me step by step through it so I'd learn. That's really humiliating, you know. Her 5th birthday is tomorrow. The game is called Yumsters. If you decide to try it, only do it from BigFish Games. I Googled this and came up with a warning that there were two potentially dangerous sites on the page of listings. Thanks for the warning, Google.

Sounds like a good day! Can't wait to see what you bought. :)

You'll probably be seeing it every Sunday until next spring, knowing me. :-)

Well, if you like the Silpada jewelry that much, I've got something for you!

The necklace that I bought at the last party I've only worn once, and it's been almost a year! Anyway, it doesn't go with any of my stuff, so if you want it I'd be happy to see it go to a good home.
