Rottles

Mom and I went shopping at Rottles today. We had lots of fun, found some good things, and then went to Freddies so we could feel real guilty about the money we spent. I loved it, though...Rottles has very good brands, like Pendleton and Brighton. Even when I don't buy anything (like today), it is lots of fun just looking at all the pretty stuff.

I'm sitting here listening to the news and hearing there are fires in CA where my loved ones are. I don't worry too much, though. I survived my kids' teenage years by holding onto the theory that it's easier on the stress level if you just assume things are okay unless you hear differently. If they were in trouble, I knew I'd be the first one to get a phone call. So I slept like a baby while Warren paced the floor waiting for them to get home.
