Chiropractor

I had to make an emergency run to my favorite Chiropractor today. I've had a pinched nerve thing going on and today I could barely move my arm. It's probably carpal tunnel from sitting at this computer so much. (Yes, my name is Gramma Carol and I am a computer addict.)

Anyway, my arm and shoulder got pulverized and electro-zapped and then I was snapped, crackled and popped every which way but loose and I walked out of there able to use my arm again. It still isn't 100% so I get to go back again Friday. It scares me to pieces going there, especially since I spent 55 years of my life not believing in chiropractors, but I always feel much better after an adjustment.
