Revving up

Yep, revving up for the big Thanksgiving dinner again. It's at Jill's house and we have our assigned items to bring. I'm making the dressing as I usually do. My friend in WI sent me their family recipe and ever since I've been making it that way, my family requests it. That really is special for me; it feels almost like I'm getting to share the holiday with her.

Megan went to gymnastics class with her friend next door tonight and the girl's little brother stayed here to hang out with Miranda while the big girls were busy. The little kids are so cute. He's in her class at school. She was too shy to be very friendly with him this summer, but now she asks to go to his house or for him to come here. They get along pretty well, although they both have this thing about being "first"!
