Oh, by the way, I refused to pay $15 to recycle the bloody things. I brought them home and am going to PUT THEM IN THE TRASH!!!!!!

And yes, I still have another half dozen of them that are actually "working" to some degree. In the track light in the TV room there are three bulbs...one a good, old-fashioned Thomas Edison invention (that replaced one of the new ones that blew out) and two of those Demon things. And of course you can tell which is which because one produces light, the other two are dim and dark. Any room you go into in this house and think, "How can they function in here?" you KNOW has those stupid bulbs in the light sockets.
