Many faces of Miranda

The kids were eating lunch today out on the deck. Miranda was sitting on one of those molded plastic chairs. She put her feet up in the seat and was pushing back and tipped the whole chair over backwards, with her in it. I heard the thunk and she started to cry. She'd hit the back of her head. She didn't get a lump and in 10 minutes said it didn't hurt any more, but I was nervous and watched her closely the rest of the afternoon. I adore that little monkey and was scared to pieces.

Anyway, she later went swimming and seemed fine. I am still a little worried about her, though. Will have to see her tomorrow to know for sure. While the kids swam with the neighbor kids, my neighbor and I sat on the swing and gabbed. Was a nice, relaxed afternoon (except for the worry about Manda.)
