4th of July

Trying to set new traditions. Today I went to the Kids' Bicycle Parade at Katesridge. OMG OMG OMG...it was sooo000OOO fun! I can barely believe Laurece does this all by herself! What an amazing talent she has!

These photos give a hint of the fun and excitement. The streets were blocked off and decorated; there was a firetruck and an aid car with lights and siren, motorcycles leading-off, patriotic music, and a hot dog pot luck afterwards. The local newspaper even had a photographer present.
