The Lake

This is the lake. So far this year we haven't seen much of this type view. Lots of rain and cold days in our near future.

My dad is really uncomfortable these days. Last weekend he fell and broke his shoulder and another vertebrae in his back. We saw the inside of a few doctor offices today. Hopefully his new meds will help.

Family from the Midwest arrive tonight and tomorrow for a one-day visit, on their way elsewhere. We're all really excited to see them. Wish we could have offered up some weather like what's in the photo above, but it will still be fun just to get to visit.
