Feeling Better and Blessed

Okay, tonight I won't whine about Shingles because I went back to the doctor and got a pain killer that works on the nerve endings, and guess what...it helps! I feel soooo much better. It's still there, but so much more tolerable! Thank you Sandie, Wanda, Teresa and Mom for telling me to go back to the doctor.

A friend sent me photos of their new baby, so precious and innocent, and so that prompted me to go through my photos of my grandbabies. OMG, I shouldn't have done that...now I'm pining away for one of my girls to have another one. NO, NO, NO!!!!! This does not fit into the family plan! But OH, MY...our daughters made some beautiful babies! I look at those grandkids and positively swoon with love. (See why I'm a pushover?)

Their perfection is my doing, of course...I planned my personal family gene pool way before my kids were ever started. (I noticed Warren's brother, who looked enough like Warren, and his wife, who had the same general features as me, and saw their beautiful children, so decided we had good potential together. Pretty smart for a 17 year old, wouldn't ya think? (Oh, shut up...it worked!)

And these are my two other grandkids. They are "steps". I didn't give birth to either of them but I love them as if I did. I'm so proud of what good people they are, you'd think I had something to do with it! Thank you, God, for all these wonderful grandchildren!
