Busy, busy

Beautiful day yesterday. Mom & Dad & I went to see Nick's ball game. I was so proud to show off Nick and his skill! We couldn't stay until the end of the game, but while we were there, he made some good plays and hit a double. Gram was lovin' it!

Then Mom and I planted some dahlias in her yard. Can't wait to see what they look like in bloom! It's amazing what a little sunshine will do for a gramma's ambition and disposition!

PS. Having Shingles is a pain in the neck. I will no longer poopoo it as just one of those old-people complaints. This is as bad as a kidney stone and drags on to make your life miserable for weeks.
