The weather finally warmed up so we can get out and wade through the slush. I'm hoping the garbage pickup service notices and gets their sorry unionized rears in gear cause the trash situation around here is atrocious.
Since the grandkids are at my house a lot, I got myself a Wii to go with the new TV and now they can have something to do besides download weird stuff onto my computer! If Miranda ever gets ahold of my credit card, I'm doomed! Of course, now this means Jill is bugging me to do the Wii exercising program. How did I end up with health nut kids? They didn't get that from me, I tell ya!

I am so there with you on the trash situation! We've got 3+ weeks worth! Our neighbors have gotten tired of dragging theirs in and out so they've just left it out front... Now the critters have found our neighborhood and they've scattered peices of 'Lazy's' trash everywhere - it's so gross!
Yay for the new tv and the wii!
We kept getting different messages about when they would be here to pick up trash...one message said Sunday...so I left it out. I have cleaned up after critters three times, so finally called and waded through the "press 1" phone system till I got a human, who said "Friday". ARGH! So I brought it back in to the garage.
Can't wait to see the TV and try out the Wii.
