Health Hazard

These things are despicable health hazards! My intense loathing of them raises my blood pressure so much my head may explode! When they FINALLY come on in full, the light still isn't as much as ya need. And four weeks later...when these expensive scams quit working...you can't even throw them away because they have to be taken to the nearest place that can handle the poison gasses inside them! God forbid you accidentally break one at home...you may have to call HAZMAT to do the cleanup!

I have some NORMAL bulbs in this house that have been working since we moved in 14 years ago, yet these "longer-lasting" cursed things barely last 14 days! I will never buy these things again. When they become mandatory, I'll buy decent, Edison bulbs black market! What scams these things are.

Last night I tried replacing my four new burned-out greenie bulbs with some non-fraudulent normal ones. The first one was in my shower. I got the step-stool and pulled down the frame of the can light that is there. There it was...the vicious culprit...smuggly laughing at me. And now I saw the clip in the frame of can was broken and the little wires had nowhere to fit on one side. Probably worn thin from too many changes since we started using the scam bulbs. So I changed the bulb and tried to make the frame go back in place...no way. Now it doesn't fit snug against the ceiling. I'll probably get electrocuted next time I take a shower. And now I have to find some good Samaratin who can replace the can light. I'm lucky I didn't fall off the step stool and break my leg or something. Grrrrrrr.

Oh, by the way, my hybrid car only gets about 27 mpg and the tank is small, so I have to fill it twice as often. And my water pressure is so controlled and regulated, there's barely a dribble comes out any of my faucets. I have to run them twice as long to rinse my hair and dishes.

I'll take my laptop to the hospital to let y'all know when I've had my heart attack so you can send recycled get well cards.

PS...If you think these scam bulbs are wonderful and would like to flame me, please do it on your own blog. I will NEVER be convinced these things are good for anything, humanity or environment.
