Are we done yet?

Now I'm really starting to get excited about moving back to my finished house. Things are falling into place. What a top-drawer crew I've got! Ended up costing me more than I'd planned because of my Rockefeller tastes, but it's soooo pretty!

Today I'll be taking the kids for a small outing and then to swim at the lake. Weatherman says it will get to 85. That ought to warm the lake up some!

Yesterday was my dad's birthday...he's 88. If it wasn't for his awful back problem, he'd physically be doing better than me. He and Mom went to Applebee's to celebrate...Margueritas and lunch. Applebee's manager treated them like royalty and made some loyal fans of their kids! Thanks, Applebee's! You'll be seeing us around in the future.

Jill is getting her countertops finished today. She's almost finished with her house for awhile, too. Lots of changes this summer, all for the good, except for the arthritis change. Nevermind, I am not going to complain today.
