Missing in action

Yes, I haven't added anything for weeks now, largely because there's not been anything new or different and I've been really swamped with other stuff. We're still working on the house painting. With one person doing a fabulous job, cleaning and repairing as she goes, it's kinda tedious for her. When she's done with a section, it looks like a brand new house. Fifteen-feet ceilings are a real problem, I'm tellin' ya!

It's been really difficult to make decisions about light fixtures. I just can't seem to find what I want, but am now going to have to get really serious. Will go talk to the pros at the good store now and prepare myself to turn loose of some more bucks.

Have also been having to function every day with this "mystery pain" business. Pain in wrists, hands, feet, ankles, and sometimes knees. Am doing the series of specialist doctors poking and testing, but so far there is no explanation. All the dreaded problems have tested negative so far. So now they have me going to a nutritionist, trying to see if it's allergies to some food. I'm thrilled to discover it is not dairy products. God, please don't let it be coffee!

So the other reason I've not been posting daily here is because I've found another "love"...seeing another website...Facebook. My computer time is reduced these days and so whatever time I have is usually spent there. It's hard leading a double life! :-)
